Onboarding

After you accept the SST job offer, we together proceed as follows.

• We send to you the detailed onboarding plan incl. relocating, tax / social security info, documents;
• Introduce you to your SST buddy, who will guide you through the first weeks;
• Invite you to your individual training plan;
• Prepare for you all required hardware and software

During your first week, you will work on your first real task, which you will complete by the end of the week. The task will be carefully chosen by your team, and your SST buddy will guide you. In parallel, you will participate on a selection of trainings.
